The total camp fees are $500 per camper. Fees are non-refundable after July 1, 2023. Payments may be made online (through our online registration program), by cheque or by debit.

If you wish to pay by debit, please visit the King Road Church Office. Camp fees must be paid to secure your child’s spot. If camp is full, prospective campers go on a waiting list. Those not able to attend will have fees refunded. If you are unable to register your child online, please contact the Camp Coordinator (trekcamp@trekcamp.org).

Junior Counsellor
The Junior Counsellor Program is for those youth who show a love for kids and a desire to grow in child care competency. This is a training program for future TREK counsellors entering GRADES 10-11.
Each Junior Counsellor will be assigned to a camper group and will shadow the Head and Co-Counsellor for a hands on experience. They will spend the majority of the day with their camper group, joining the kids for meals, devotions, crafts, activities and free time but will still spend the night in a separate Junior Counsellor camp with their friends and their junior counsellor leaders. The evenings and mornings will be intentional times of devotions and debriefing where their leaders will teach and guide the Junior Counsellors.
Our leadership training program is founded on the principle spoken by Jesus Christ:
“Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be servant of all.”
Being a Junior Counsellor is an opportunity to learn and grow in servant leadership. The main focus of the Junior Counsellor’s position will be to learn how to lead and serve the campers as well as to learn to work as a team with the head and co-counsellors. We look to Jesus’ life in the gospels as our example of how to lead through servanthood and self-sacrificial love.
Please note that TREK is only able to allow each youth to participate as a Jr. Staff for a maximum of two years. Thus, if you have already participated at TREK as a Junior Counsellor or S.A.L.T for two years, we encourage you to apply as a co-counsellor or support staff.

Servant and Leadership Training (SALT)
The purpose of this program is to provide a role for youth entering Gr.10 & 11 who want to serve at camp in another capacity besides Counselling. SALT volunteers will receive extensive servant leadership training, participate in team building and bonding activities, and act as relief for our Support Crew. The S.A.L.T participants are provided with the opportunity to shadow the Support Crew and other ‘behind the scenes’ roles at TREK. They will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience in many support areas and gain an idea for where their skills and passions lie.
